HERBAL SUPPLEMENT

Available as Capsules (120) or in Powder Form (6 Ounces).

SUGGESTED USE FOR CAPSULES: Take two to five capsules as needed.

SUGGESTED USE FOR POWDER (AS TEA): Put 7 tablespoons of powder in a medium size pot. Add 3 cups water and cook on low heat until boiling, then reduce heat for 3 minutes then turn off heat. Put into glass bottle and refrigerate. Take 2 to 4 tablespoons of liquid in a cup of warm water 3x daily or as directed.
