HERBAL SUPPLEMENT

Available as Capsules (120) or in Powder Form (6 Ounces).

SUGGESTED USE FOR CAPSULES: Take 3 to 5 capsules once or twice daily.

SUGGESTED USE FOR POWDER:
Quick dose: Take 1 tablespoon of mixture in mug of hot water/tea or put into smoothie prior to blending.
Batch up:Put 3/4 cup of mixture into a medium sauce pan and add 3 cups of water and heat to low boil for 10 minutes (stirring) then add 6 ounces of blackstrap molasses and bring to low boil for 10 minutes (stirring) - Let cool and put into glass bottle and refrigerate. Take 1 ounce in warm water, tea or smoothie.
