Available as Capsules (120) or in Powder Form (6 Ounces).

SUGGESTED USE FOR CAPSULES: Take three capsules three times daily, or two capsules twice daily for maintenance.

SUGGESTED USE FOR POWDER: Take 7 tablespoons powder with 4 cups water and boil for 10 minutes. Add 3/4 cups blackstrap molasses and boil for 10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Take 1 ounce in warm water up to 3 times daily.
