SUGGESTED USE FOR CAPSULES: Take 3 capsules 3x per day for 3 days then 2 capsules 2x per day as needed.

SUGGESTED USE FOR POWDER: Mix 7 tablespoons of contents in a medium pot and add 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally and let simmer for 5 minutes, Let cool and put into a jar and refrigerate.
